Later, after that person has lived their life and died, a special review committee would evaluate the pros and cons (merits & contributions to society) of that individual’s life, and then decide if the individual’s sperms or eggs should be used to produce another individual? In other words, we would have a committee determing which sperms and eggs are used to procreate and form the individuals of the next generation.
