For the medications, Cefepime 2g IV every 8 hours, Acetylcysteine 200mg to be dissolve in 1 glass of water twice a day, Solu Cortef 100 mg every 4 hours at 6 doses, on the 4th dose start Sinupret 3 tabs twice a day, Paracetamol 1 ampule IV every 4 hours round the clock.
