Hello tutor! i badly need your help. i alredy done with my papers. but one of the problem is the personal biases that we encountered while doing this research paper. i badly need your help with the personal biases. i dont know where did i put this but it is okay if put in the data anlysis and please do checking with the data analysis since im not comfortable with the data analysis and the issues of trustworthiness. please check my papers also.. i assure your 100% rate on this, Personal biases should be indicated in the data analysis or procedure -( suggest by our panel) Data Analysis: Thematic Analysis was used to analyze the data collected by the researchers. There are various ways to doa thematic analysis, but the most common method involves six steps: familiarization, coding, topic generation, theme review, theme definition and naming, and conclusion. Thematic analysis is a type of qualitative data analysis that requires searching through a large amount of data for recurring patterns to uncover, understand, and report on them (Braun & Clarke 2006). While it is a method for conveying data, it also involves interpretation during the selection of codes and creation of themes. An approach for examining qualitative data is thematic analysis. The data collected throughout the process of data gathering, also known as “data collecting,” help to make decisions about what action a researcher’s team shall take for future steps in conducting their study. By spending time analyzing and writing down the data, the researchers slowly gained an understanding of what was going on in the lives of every Employees. By identifying points to be recorded and thus keeping track, they were able to determine how specific issues affect Employee’s lives. It was through this process that they were able to compile a list of topics which eventually grew into themes selected by the researchers. It is highly recommended that the researchers be familiar with the topics being researched. This familiarization helps to develop a list of codes that fit into the research question. The initial code will be followed by additional codes added to it by discussing with one another about their findings. The researchers discussed some ideas and notes each one had made throughout the process of data collecting and shared with each other. These ideas can serve as a guide in making up our own codes since we had limited time to dothis paper, after all.Topic generation involves choosing the topics (or themes) from data analysis. The thematic analysis process involves determining which themes are most significant. The discovery of these themes helps the researchers experiment on both a “global” and “local” level within their data. The resulting principles or ideas help make connections to other topics, thus examining different perspectives on one topic. Data Gathering Procedures1. The researchers seeked permission from the Department of Psychology to conduct an interview in line with the research problem. The guide questions constructed by the researchers were also validated to ensure that the interview only covered its purpose.2. Participants were provided with the Informed Consent Form (ICF) that they read and willingly sign. However, they had the right to refuse or withdraw from participating in the study whenever they intended to do so.3. The researchers provided a screening tool; Career Decision Scale which can be accessed online through Google Forms. The participant clicked the sent or finished button once they were done answering the scale. This Career Decision Scale determined if our selected participants fit the criteria.4. The researchers selected ten (10) adults who are suffering from career indecisiveness that was determined by the screening tool provided. The participants were selected through a Purposive sampling method. 5. To ensure the safety and confidentiality of the participants, the interview process was asked to be conducted in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Skype depending on the convenience of the participants. Also, the specific time and date of the interview depends on the participant’s free time.6. The researchers provided a Personal Data Sheet (PDS) to ensure the qualification of participants to be part of the research study.7. Three (3) selected researchers were assigned to each participant. The researchers introduced themselves, the research topic, and the aim of the interview. The first researcher asked the interview questions while the second and third researchers were observing the participant and the flow of the interview as a whole.8. The interview lasted for approximately thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour in which the participants were given the chance to share further insights and experiences.9. After the interview, the researchers expressed their sincere gratitude by providing a token of appreciation to the participants of the study.10. The researchers explained that all the instruments used would only be kept until the finalization of the research paper and the information provided shall remain confidential. All the instruments used would be disposed of through shredding of the papers and deleting of the audio or video recorded if there is any.
