Question Answered step-by-step God has a purpose for every human being to live; thus, no person… God has a purpose for every human being to live; thus, no person should take away his own life or the life of another individual. Although I have a strong worldview regarding the value human beings deserve, I feel that abortion is right and should be allowed when the pregnancy risks the lives of both the mother and the fetus. Besides, it should be allowed if the fetus might have had a miserable life if allowed to come to earth (Meilaender, n.d). In the abortion process, the fetus’s life is always lost; however, I would advocate for this process if the pregnancy can cause more harm to the child or if the child will have a miserable life after delivery. Designer babies are another bioethical issue against which I hold an adamant stand. I disagree with designer babies’ concept and reiterate that parents should not select their baby’s gender or genetic makeup because they will go against God’s wishes. What you think, references Health Science Science Nursing PHI-413V ( 413V Share QuestionEmailCopy link Comments (0)
